The Brief
The project sought to create a pair of contemporary homes that respond to the surrounding suburban context. Key priorities included natural light, functional planning, and comfortable living for modern families.
The Challenge
The design required balancing a contemporary expression with a more traditional streetscape, while ensuring privacy and maximising space within a duplex arrangement.
Our Approach
The design combines clean forms with warm materials, using a double-height space to enhance light and openness. A cohesive palette and thoughtful detailing create a welcoming and highly liveable home.
