The Brief
The project aimed to deliver a pair of contemporary residences with a strong street presence and refined interiors. Key priorities included natural light, functional layouts, and a sense of openness throughout.
The Challenge
The design required balancing symmetry and individuality, while maximising light and space within a duplex configuration. Creating a cohesive identity while ensuring privacy was also essential.
Our Approach
The design focuses on clean lines, vertical volume, and material contrast, using a central void to enhance light and spatial connection. A refined palette delivers a calm and cohesive living environment.
