The Brief
The project brief was to design a contemporary duplex residence with a refined classical expression. The intention was to create a balanced street presence while delivering functional, light-filled interiors suited to modern family living.
The Challenge
The challenge was to maintain architectural symmetry and elegance without compromising internal functionality. Ensuring sufficient natural light and spatial quality across both dwellings within a compact footprint was a key consideration.
Our Approach
The design adopts a modern classical language through a symmetrical façade and restrained material palette. Open-plan layouts, double-height spaces, and generous glazing enhance light, connectivity, and overall living quality.
