The Brief
A growing family sought a contemporary home that could adapt over time, prioritising flexible living spaces, strong indoor–outdoor connections, and natural ventilation to support everyday comfort.
The Challenge
The project needed to respond to site slope, strict council controls, and privacy considerations, while still achieving generous, light-filled internal spaces.
Our Approach
Guided by passive design principles, the residence maximises daylight, ventilation, and privacy, resulting in a calm and highly liveable home designed to adapt to the family’s needs over time.
