The Brief
The project was conceived as a contemporary townhouse development that responds to a sloping site while delivering a cohesive and liveable residential environment.
The Challenge
The elongated, sloping terrain presented challenges in circulation, access, and maintaining a consistent architectural language across multiple dwellings without compromising privacy or outlook.
Our Approach
The development is arranged as stepped volumes that follow the site’s natural fall, allowing each dwelling to capture light, outlook, and private open space.
