The Brief
The project brief was to design a contemporary duplex residence with a strong architectural identity. The intention was to create a balanced façade and functional interiors that respond to modern family living.
The Challenge
The challenge was to achieve visual cohesion across both dwellings while maintaining individual identity. Maximising natural light and spatial efficiency within a constrained footprint was a key consideration.
Our Approach
The design adopts a modern architectural language through clean forms, curved elements, and a restrained material palette. Open-plan living, large glazing, and subtle level transitions enhance light, flow, and spatial clarity.
